Hoover C1320 40' Cord Length, 12" Nozzle Width, 12" Signature Lightweight Upright
This is the first vacuum that advertises to be light and actually is. I'm in my 70's and was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to use. Too bad the cord is so heavy, weighing more than a vacuum. My main objection is that ugly orange color of the cord and the bottom of the vacuum ... not the color I was. Oh, I have another gripe, and that is how the cord is wrapped around the handle ... cord is so long, and the upper part where it loops over are rounded, so that the cord keeps falling off. I just end up wrapping around the bag instead. I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of sliding around on a two-ton vacuum. I got mine from Reliablepaper.com to $ 101.00
This is a commercial version of the Hoover Clean & bright, with several advantages: automatic height adjustment, easy maintenance, and a few pieces of quality. It has the same excellent performance on the carpet as clean & Light. Thanks to the powerful suction and a very long cord, vacuuming our house (1600 + square feet) takes now 15 minutes instead of 30-40. This is the first vacuum with a "brushed edge cleaning" actually clean dirt out of corners for me. I'm impressed!
This is a bag model, which is a good thing. Bags are easy to replace and maintain its content inside when you change them. You do not buy the $ 20 filter every other month to keep the vacuum work.
Unfortunately, performing this model is not good at a bar / wood floors. You need something else / more if you have to deal with them. If your house is mostly carpet, buy reliable, quick, no hassle cleaning!
